Difference in prop

I just switched out he prop on my boat because I dinged my old one. I noticed my factory prop was a 381 but my new spare is a 537 my question is what is the difference between the two and what if anything am I going to notice when I put her in Sunday? We use the boat mostly for surfing, and my son just started wake boarding and also some (as little as possible, but still to much in my opinion) tubing.

Better hole shot, hold speed surfing, higher RPM when at WOT but not hitting the rev limiter. You will be very happy with the change.
