Wakeboard -HS Front Flip?

Can anybody give me some tips on proper technique for doing a HS Front Flip. Yesterday, I tried one and ended up letting the rope out and doing some big S-Bend looking thing. Thanks for the help. PS, This is Sunsetter95's son...

Thats a good article, but my question is me wondering what initially would cause this bad rotation that I had. Has anyone experienced similar problems? I'm guessing I let my arms out off the top of the wake instead of having them held into my hips?

yeah, you really need your arms in on a HSF, if you extend your arms toward the boat like a raley you can end up doing an sbend looking trick on accident.

Yes, I was once a member of the S frantrum club. The key for me used to be(even though I can't do them anymore) to keep handle to your hips and spot over the front of the board. I got into some bad habits of throwing it, and then looking over my rear shoulder mid-rotation to spot the landing. That led to the S-frantrum problem. If you throw it over the front of the board and stay spotting that way, you will have proper rotation.

Thanks, I think that'll help, now I just need to get out there and go balls to the walls and throw it correctly.
