I am looking for someone who can help me with some different projects I have planned for my 99 Sunsetter. I have suffered an accident and do not have use of my hand for 3 or 4 months.

I live in Winnipeg Manitoba if anyone wants to help me out.

i would appreciate any help.

Thank You

I own/operate 8 delivery vehicle for a major auto parts company (Piston Ring Auto Value) here in Winnipeg. My customer has a fund raiser for kids every year and I volunteer to help, by using one of my 5 tons to pick up prizes. While using my hydraulic tailgate, I caught my hand between the tailgate and the bottom of the truck and severed off 3 fingers on my left hand. Fortunately the surgeons were able to re attached my fingers.. 2 are doing really well and the third (index) is a 60/40 to the good. Doctors says about 6 months before I can regain optimum use. I have being operatoring truck for over 20 years and this happens to me now#@$#@%.

Yikes!

What a terrible thing to have happen.

I feel for ya'. I lost the tip of my middle finger on my right hand about 3 yrs. ago due to me dropping a 80lb sheet of metal on it. They sewed it back on and you almost can't tell.

Ever since, I've been super paranoid about where I put my fingers.

No doubt. I wish I could help Dave, but hopefully someone in your area will step up. If not, rest up & concentrate on getting better, that's more important right now. We'll be thinking good thoughts for your recovery.

Thank you for the good wishes. It will be a tough go but I shall get through it. I guess I'll just have to spend more time at the lake this summer.
