I would like to run 400 lb sacks on top im the rear infloor ballast. The sticker says not to exceed 75lbs. What are people doing that are running added weight?

Everyone puts 750 lb sacs in the locker without a problem. However, the debated question continues to be if it hurts to not fill the built-in tank below. I always make sure the hard tank is full first.
