Price for VLX

I am trying to figure out if the price for a new 2007 VLX is good or not. It has been a long time since I have bought a boat and prices are A LOT higher than I remember. The boat has a manual wedge, 4 tower speakers + sub (with standard 4 speakers in cockpit), Skylon swivel racks (2), Monsoon motor, trailer, boat cover, bimini, fiberglass swimstep.

I am being quoted roughly $62,000 out the door in california and was looking to spend a bit less considering the time of year and current boat market. I don't have any friends with a comparable boat purchase to compare it to.

Any help would be appreciated...I just don't want to be the guy that overpays a bunch, but I am okay with the dealer making a few bucks.

Sounds about right. That actually seems a little low in price for the VLX. You can always downgrade the boat to a sunscape or I-ride.

Actually, that sounds a little high to me. MSRP on an 08 VLX is $58,095 plus trailer, tax, license, freight and dealer prep. I think you can get that boat under $60k OTD.

Heck, I know of a nice 07 23 LSV that is priced $57k and only has 18 hours on it.... LINK

Hey new to the site thought I would let you know what I just paid for my 2007 VLX with monsoon motor, 4 standard speakers, trailer, boat cover, bimini, fiberglass platform, power wedge, no racks, tower speakers or subs mine was only(ha ha) ya only 58,800 out the door.
