    • First, verify that all of the battery to engine power/ground connections are clean and tight.  Those are the connections at the positive and negative battery posts, battery switch, port aft power distribution post, and the port engine block ground stud.  Second, verify the cable connections at the port observer ground buss bar, under-dash ground buss bar, and the starboard side lower breaker panel.  Third, check the wiring harness connections for loose or damaged ground and ignition pins.  These would be the BREAK B1 connector near the subwoofer on pin B black wire and pin C purple wire.  The round engine harness connector pin C black wire and pin D purple wire.  Dash panel connector pin J purple/ white wire.

If all of those connections are good, and the engine ignition relay/fuses have been tested or swapped as you mentioned, then the modules/components in the ignition circuit should be inspected and disconnected one at a time to see if there is a shorted module or damaged wire.  Those would include the depth transducer, paddlewheel, kill switch, key switch, shift/throttle, auto fire extinguisher, GPS speed sensor, port aft I/O module, and both of the under-dash power modules.

    • I am traveling back home from a client that is construction equipment manufacturer.  They are shutting down 3/4 of their production lines due to excess supply sitting in a ready to ship state.  Timeline of this shut down, TBD.  "Its an election year" is what they claim.

If you knew the timing and the reasons he left you’d feel pretty dumb. That’s all I’m gonna say about this.

Agreed. And even without that or what’s currently going on, exiting before or at the beginning of a potential contraction of the luxury boat industry if you had a good exit clause or strategy in place is what I’d call a smart move. Think about all the stress avoided with that decision.

Ok mine is going on week three for transport too. Per my dealer they can only see updates when GM makes them. I’ve had some friends that work at GM looking into too and they are basically kept in the dark too. I think the plants operate as very separate entities from corporate and the dealers which is kinda crazy to me but what do I know. I’m just chomping at the bit to get it. Really sucks because we have a four day camping trip next weekend. But oh well. I did just ask if we can use a loaner rather than rack up more miles on my truck…

I was in the exact same situation.  I tried every resource I could to track to the VIN but no luck.  Hopefully it arrives soon.

When I ordered my Raptor back in 2019 I got an email from Ford saying my truck was just picked up for transport.  Literally less than an hour later I got a text from salesperson showing me video of the truck rolling off the carrier - obviously a little lag there.  Unfortunately I was on jet leaving for Switzerland at that moment.  I remember texting him that truck better not have more than 10 miles on it when I get back - It had 6 :)

    • You guys quoting the CFO resignation as anyway part of this are simply grasping at straws. You have less than ZERO knowledge on this topic. If you knew the timing and the reasons he left you’d feel pretty dumb. That’s all I’m gonna say about this.

As for Jack… resignation is an interesting word for his departure. You believe what you want.
