    • Spark at the plug and fuel should fire. Hm. Is it trying to fire up? Sputtering/back-firing or anything ?

I don't know if the menu options are only available on boats with the GPS antenna connected or not, but I've used this menu and saw the time displayed on 2022 and 2023 models that I've driven.  If I get the opportunity again to check this on another 2023 Axis, then I will let you know.

I do have GPS connected and paddle wheel disabled FYI

I did find the ECU and checked all the fuses. I’ve got 60 psi at the fuel rail, and I checked spark by pulling a plug, i’m not sure if it would do this if the ignition module were bad?

For the engine to start and run you need spark at the correct time, the proper amount of fuel, and cylinder compression.  Check your spark plug condition and cylinder compression.  Verify that the injectors are being energized and supplying fuel.  Check for a loose or corroded ground cable on the engine block stud.

    • Have you checked the safety lanyard? Make sure it’s on there.
