How did you solve this problem?

I am having the same issue, dealer is 2 hours away and like to avoid the trip if the fix is something simple.

The only thing I would add is if you do try to operate it as is, stick a powerful magnet near the bottom of the bellhousing and leave it there permanently to try to keep whatever is left in there pulled to the magnet.

guess it depends who previously ran those dealerships and who owns the buildings.  Sounds like the former Boulder locations are locked up, at least in a few locales.

I have a 10hr service appt and swim step install this Fri at Detroit location and they agreed yesterday to let me wait/help and take it home same day. Hope that’s still the plan!

Dropped mine off at Walloon and picked up same day.  They were excellent to work with and always have been top notch!  They are also working on a small warranty item and I will bring it back when they are ready.
