Looks like it might be a float-air lift. I can tell you there is no way that is rated to lift 10,000 lbs from the size of the float and the size of the metal support framework. Most of the front style lifts are 4,500 or less, and some are only 2,500 lbs. The one in your pictures looks pretty light duty. If you're lifting a Response, that will probably work just fine, but it won't lift much more than that. These two huge tanks on mine only lift 6,600 lbs, as a comparison:
Typically the prop and rudder are behind the lift structure, and the skegs clear the cross member in the down position, and when raised they're in the open space between the supports. But check that with a tape measure before you buy. If this lift is on the same lake as your Response I would try doing a "test lift" and make sure it can raise your boat and that it all clears OK. The bunks in your photos are very short so make sure it supports the boat properly.
Good luck, having a lift is a "game changer" and we love it.

Axis owner's manual talks about the warning at 26mph and says the wedge is locked in place above 26mph, but Malibu owner's manuals say the wedge is not intended for use at all above 26mph. I go with the latter, but who really knows?

Are you sure you got the old oil filter o-ring off? Thats a common occurrence and leaks oil under pressure.

I am a noob when it comes to lifts. I am looking for a lift for my 98 response and this one popped up locally. I can’t seem to get much info on it and I wanted to see if anyone here recognized it. The guys said it’s a 10k lift. I am supposed to go look at it this afternoon.
i have concerns with it not clearing fins and prop. Thoughts?

I definitely agree with this. The only boat that could tempt me from mine would be a Red Malibu Echelon LX with a 454 :).
