    • Proper voltage is needed for many of the engine electrical systems to function properly, including the Universal Exhaust Gas-Oxygen sensors.  The condition of the batteries, charging system, and the cable connections on the battery terminals, battery switch, alternator, power distribution post, and engine block ground can all affect system voltage.

    • 16 pax is a lot in any boat but even with 10 you'll appreciate the extra room of the 247. They call that the lake limo for a reason. The VW TDI is a solid tow platform but that wheelbase is a bit short for the 247.

I will check but I don't think it would be possible the way it's mounted. Aldo I forgot to mention it seems there is no bass from tower speakers. I don't have a sub but it still had some and now there is none

Could be the black box going to poo... Different outcome than I had but just had to replace mine in the same boat.... Mine would cut in and out mostly some weird volume jumps too then eventually nothing

I think that's a feature not a bug?  The bags should be vented, so they overflow out the side of the boat and that's how you know that they are full.

    • Hello!

just wondering what other people's opinions are on the 247LSV vs a 23'LSV? A little background i have never owned a boat before. I went out on a friends 2004 23' lsv and enjoyed it. i want to get one for myself but having trouble finding one in good shape under 40k (2004-2008 time frame). i can get a good looking 247 with the 8.1 with same hours as a 23' for the same cost (a little bit less actually). any downsides to the bigger boat? i've towed plenty of times with a trailer in the 4-4.5k range but nothing as long or as heavy as this. I wouldn't anticipate ever going more then 50 miles away from home but my current tow rigs are a 2013 toureg tdi with 7760lbs towing capacity or a 2007 f-150 with a 5.4 triton w/ 8200 towing capacity. so i guess my question is the 247 worth it to save a little money and should i be concerned towing it with my current rigs. From what i can see it should be about 6000lbs with gas and the trailer? i would expect half of it's use would be just me the wife and two kids. the other half of the time it would be 10-16 people out there (8 siblings and their families that like to visit)
