also will ad- the key switch will not crank the boat as well

Boat left me stranded this weekend, Just replaced the starter last week, charged batteries before going to water and boat started fine, however the ignition relay did pop once , i reset it and boat started fine. got to water Saturday morning and boat has not started since ( Will not turn over), i have checked/ and wiggled all wires on start button, wiggled the throttle many times. checked all relays and fuses at transmission and all are good, ive found the Fwd/Reverse solenoid on the transmission and checked the connections, is the the same as the Neutral position switch, was gonna check that next but not sure if its location on my model boat. closest dealer is over 3 HRs away. any help would be greatly appreciated. 

I will check but I don't think it would be possible the way it's mounted. Aldo I forgot to mention it seems there is no bass from tower speakers. I don't have a sub but it still had some and now there is none

Change your trans fluid if they will not honour a replacement under warranty. The fluid is likely very black and burnt. My 16 F150 was shuttering very badly (likely torque convertor) and after a fluid change it completly stopped for 3k until I evenly traded it in. 

Edit: I can't read... You already did the fluid.. I would look at getting torque convertor replaced. 

I am wanting to do this on my 2000 Sunsetter LXI.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
