Surfband 2016 version - Need pic of PCB and capacitor!

I have a 2016 22VLX and bought a used surfband. Used it once and water damaged the PCB but I don't think that was the first time it happened. I cleaned the board but I am missing a capacitor. Wondering if anyone can snap a pic of their PCB for the 2016 version of the surfband. This is the green cover without the volume control. See attached images. The capacitor is in the upper left corner but it rusted off with the cover identifying the capacitor values. I only see HY4000 on the can. Hi, I was wondering if anyone has ever replaced their surfband. I have a '20 Axis A24. The battery cover on the back of our surfband somehow fell off and the whole remote filled with lake water. How much are those to replace? For the record, I actually liked it because it takes crappy speed control and wedge adjustment out of the equation.
