Love a boom for beginners and lessons! Got an ECI v-drive boom (for drivers side) ... yes they make them specific, so you have to ask for a drivers side or a passenger side!
I use 2 extenders to help get the skier/boarder way from the spray. Don't use the boom nearly as much as I do fro my TXi, but still very worth it.
