Installing after market LED drain plug light

I’m installing an aftermarket drain plug light and want to use a splice connector to hardwire it to my Stock swim deck LED lighting. It is 27watts and comes with an in-line fuse. Does anyone see an issue with doing this? How do I post pictures to this thread?

I put one on my last boat and spliced it into my anchor light, so when I had the anchor light on, the LED plug light was on as well.  Worked fine, no issues with fuses/breakers, etc.

drainpluglight comes with a regulator/relay i didn't even use (because we gave it its own switched and fused circuit) that should cover you
