Hi crew,

im about to embark on a damper plate replacement on 2002 vlx wakesetter Vdrive with a monsoon 335. If anyone has any detailed guides with photos specific to a vdrive it would be much appreciated.

The best way to search this site is with a search engine, not the search tool here.  For example, I used Google with the search phrase, "damper replacement site:www.themalibucrew.com" and got a few hits, one of which was very old but probably has a terse version of what you need:

 

If you have more questions, it's probably best to post them in this thread rather than that old one.
