Can’t have the tower up on the 25?

Nope. Need another 6 inches or so. Its a tight squeeze getting it in there.

I’m thinking of the same set up. Where did you get the shelter?  Directly from shelter logic?  Did they set it up for you??

i buy them from a local distributor. No waiting, he usually has what i need, and he is in New Hampshire, so if i pick up, no sales tax.

Takes me and my 3 boys about 2 hours to set up. Though i did spend a couple weeks setting up.

But they keep the boats close at hand in the off season.

This is how we do it here in Holland, came across this picture in Instagram.
No full lockdown, my boat is in the marina. Only ride with wife and kids. Officially illegal because we need a lookout when riding. But no river patrol anyways 😁

good luck for those of you waiting for a boat, but IMO that is hardly a priority at this time in the world.

This should be spread to all states DNR and water governing agencies so they realize it can be done rather than shutting it all down! I encourage you to send this to local offices!

Anyone think we might get 0% financing deals soon on new boats like the auto industries?  Might be a way to stimulate the boating industry in the coming year if these boat companies can get some backing from feds or banks. GM 0% 7yrs now that's pretty good, I'm sure it's only going to get even better soon with rebates and or longer terms.

There is going to be a lot of free $ soon and with massive inflation forthcoming it could be a great deal to buy a boat this year with deals/rebates, and free money.

I have a feeling well see discont and financing deals like never before!

Major auto and boats will be closed for forseable future, anything sitting on a lot in 2-3 months is going to be  just make us any offer.

Lake Norman was packed this weekend.  Saturday was a normal day with tons of boat traffic.  I will say, far less rafting off than normal, though.  We were able to get out FRI, SAT and SUN.

Beautiful boat! I'm in Cornelius and have my first Malibu build being stalled. Our spray date was supposed to be last Tuesday, the day after the plant closed. Can't wait to get out on LKN and do a little social distancing.

Thanks!  LKN Marina guys and Logan are top notch.  This is the second new boat we have bought from them.  We are in Huntersville.  See you on the water!

Yeah they've been great thus far. Bummer with the delay but hey with everything going on it could be a lot worse.

The problem with GM’s 0% is its generally in lieu of  manufacture incentives/rebates.  So your paying close to MSRP or at least whatever dealer discount are offered.  If people have decent credit most people can get a higher rate loan but get a much better price for the vehicle using manufacturing incentives/rebates.  Of course if all people care about is lowest monthly payment than spreading it out over 84 months might work.

I’ve put a few feelers out to a couple Chevy dealerships and surprisingly they aren’t really offering anything out of this world to entice me yet.  I’m curious to see how that might change.

This and the 0% are for select few vehicles. I tried to find a traverse for the wife and found two in 200 miles of me that qualified. If one was exactly what we wanted then I wouldn’t have really cared but it was not even close.

I’ve noticed the strike has effected inventory with some models.  I was never a fan of the first generation Traverse but the new ones are sharp.

I’m curious if that 1.99% Tommy’s was offering could be combined with typical discount off MSRP on Malibu/Axis.  That seems like a pretty good rate and if you could score a left over 19 heavily discounted with a decent long term rate like that.

Same here.  The models that move don't seem to be heavily discounted.

Just before the s - hit the fan I got 12k off MSRP on a 2020 3500 GMC.  They also had a ZERO percent offer or 5 or 6 years, but that killed a big chunk of the discount.     (Both USAA and Wells Fargo were just under 3 percent on new auto loans and good credit).  I ended up paying cash, but I would have kept the cash and took zero percent if it didn't change the purchase price much (but it did).

I was looking left over 2019 Camaro 2SS. Camaro sales have been atrocious for the last 2-3 years and were down over 40% from first quarter of 20 from 19. For some reasons a lot dealers still think it’s 2010/2011 and think there are in high demand.  🤷‍♂️

I was looking at leftover ZL1’s yesterday. You can get them for up to $10k off (high $50’s).

Yeah I’ve seen several ZL1s heavily discounted as well as some SS’s.  I guess it really comes down to the dealer.  The best I’ve seen was a 2SS 13k off and that was last spring.  I won’t bite until I get at least 25% or more off.
