@moski - Might be advantageous to leave them on, why, perhaps over time you can convince the CFO to use them.  It will give you a more repeatable pull through the course assuming she uses them the same for each pull.  For you, the pull becomes more consistent and thus more fun.  Which ultimately means you will become addicted to the course and an avid buoyhead:-)  Is there any downside to leaving then on, why remove a valuable tool to assist?
