The Good and the Bad ... the perils of skiing in a tidal river.

Just thought I would share several photos of the differences between a good day and the results of flooding.

On a good day, we can foot for hours early in the morning, however, the recent floods in Brisbane (Queensland, Aust) certainly stopped us.

There 'was' a walkway between the dock and the bank, now I have to swim out to the boat ... not the best start in winter!

Yeah, unfortunately it was 49f when I took that pic.  Fortunately it stayed like that until it was 68f an hour or so later and we shredded it up.

Crandon in 2 weekends for Figure 8 tournament, so hopefully warm air gets up there.

Apparently it was pontoon night on the river last night, but still decent.
