Bluetooth on plays on right side speakers

I just bought a new 2018 23 LSV. Drove to South Dakota to get and when I got home found that the bluetooth only plays on the right side tower and interior speakers.  The Aux connection in the glove box plays everywhere.  The dealer spoke with malibu and they feel it is in the audio wiring harness.  Nothing is labeled bluetooth around the viper 2.  Any help would be appreciated.

I might be wrong here, but BT is only the wireless feed to your head unit and the rest is the same.  I suspect the head  unit is the issue since other sources work.

BT goes through the AV harness under the dash. There are RCA type connections for the BT part under the dash IIRC. One side could have came loose.
