2 things, Happy birthday! And the 10 hours to break in the engine, is the longest 10 hours of your life. I just got done with mine Monday and I think I would liked the dentist more.

Just finished the break in several weeks ago, took a weekend or so.  Not sure if the Axis uses the same motors as the Malibu, mine has the Indmar 400.  I would be sure to check your oil after a few hours. I was surprised that mine required about a QT of oil after about 5 hours.  Since then, no oil consumption in 13 hours and just had the 10 hour service and checks completed.
