That is huge!  Are the buildings heated?

Lol, theres always someone, huh.

Not yet. But enough people have asked that there is talk from management of insulating & heating a couple of the next buildings built.

We over sold storage the last couple of years. So we had to rent several buildings to get all the boats inside. One of the rental buildings is owned by a local seed farmer..... I guess he isn't farming in the off season so might as well make some extra coin by renting out the building, right!?  Another building used to be owned by the local Anheuser Busch distributor. So it's refrigerated..... does that count?

We are actually using that refrigerated building as a detail shop. It has drains built into the floor all over. We actually have 2 full detail crews working 5 days a week all winter long. Not to mention our own tire shop, and enough winter work that there were no layoffs this year at all.

Drove thru the storage facility this morning to pick up a Chaparral for a customer.  Two more buildings framed. Looks like 5 more being added this summer.

$100 a month would only get you outdoor storage only, for $125-150 you get covered, carport style.  Indoor is $225+ IF you can find it.  It is hard to find in AZ.

I'm in a part of Arizona where we have an amazing indoor storage facility.  Fully enclosed, air conditioned to about 78 degrees, 24 hour camera security everywhere with a live in manager on premises.  24/7 access.  Houses all kinds of RV's.  I'm possibly moving in the next few years to Phoenix and concerned about no indoor facilities.  In Arizona, having indoor storage saves your boat/RV, etc a good 7-10 years of life off its exterior.

A biggie for me is security.  I want to feel secure knowing no one is f@kng with your s***.  This is an awesome place, wish they where everywhere.
