Dare...That looks really good.  Its amazing how long these little projects take when you are meticulous.  I bet going to that vertical backing board helped a lot with extra room.  Do you have a two or three port heater?

Thx...

I'm a real pick a$$ when it comes to my BU, Maybe you could say Obsessive....LOL.... Really like the way it turned out, as I like things to look as stock as possible.

I only have a two vent heater, though with this install being vertical I have plenty of room to upgrade to a three vent, a future project, to add another Hot Tube above the kick board Heat Vent. But I must say my first option was to incorporate the Sub into the existing kick panel... well to say the least.... " Just Doesn't Work"

Just wanted to say, Man good work with all the angles.....  Patience I and others probably don't have...lol...

How was taking out the kick panel? My echelon looks a bit different in that instead of carpet in the foot area it is white fiberglass tub with black rubber mat. Somehow i feel like its connected to the deck of the boat in a permanent fashion.

Ill see if i can get a pic
