Thanks for the compliments guys.

I seriously think the thief would just gel over the purple in any other color or, just try to match the pearl and fly under the radar and use it on lake in some state far away?

There are tons of asset tracking solutions on the market. Many with internal antenna, inertia activation like if its moved without being started, current draw that no more then memory of a head-unit. Alerts sent to phone and mobile app for near real time tracking and battery back up thats good for a few days. All they need is a cell connection. Ive put them wood chippers to 500k earth movers.

What do you use on a boat? I imagine the device is not directly near the battery, and wire in an attempt to conceal the devise. How do you wire it? What is the subscription cost?

No predictions here but 20 percent of burglars are smart and 80 percent are a special kind of stupid.

Years ago a boat got stolen from the driveway of a Merced employee of Malibu and they drilled holes through the hull right below the driver's armrest and through bolted a stereo. It was a one of a kind boat that never went into production. Finally got caught.

Now, if only someone would strip an '06 wakesetter... I need spare parts "from mexico" lmao

Just kidding... if I ever met someone that stole a boat and stripped if I'd probably punch them in the throat, zip tie them to a chair, then call the guy that owned the boat that was stolen and give him first dibs with a baseball bat.
