Ok, went back today. WOW what a difference! Tour guide makes a world of difference! All questions were answered, we got to see parts of the factory that were completely skipped yesterday. The quality control process was explained, it was truly a night and day experience. My wife's reaction TODAY. Is Malibu is absolutely the way to go. Our tour took quite a while today, but everyone should experience it once, well naybe twice. :-)

The Malibu factory was not disorganized, it was extremely busy. The TOUR seemed unprepared and as a result major aspects of construction, build quality, and quality control were skipped. Leaving Mrs. Darkside i.e. Brightside, liking the product that had these items explained. On today's tour where all of her questions were answered, she now unequivocally prefers the Malibu.

As for production Malibu does look more Congested, because they are producing significantly more. However i do not feel the process is less efficient.

Malibu is in fact EXTREMELY organized! They are able to tell you exactly when each thing is happening. So if you want to see a particular portion of construction, they can tell you when it will happen, not just the day, but time as well.

I will also say Malibu has the BEST customer service i have ever experienced!

I don't think so. Kasey is the guy who gave the tour today, and is normally thier tour guy. We had a substitute yesterday.

His tour was fantastic he knew specifically when our boat would come out of the mould, so he made sure we saw that. Then gave us some additional tour, then brought us back to our boat just in time to see them dry fit it together. He is very organized, and so is the factory, or he would not be able to know specifically when to come back.

Glad to hear about the turnaround on the 2nd tour! I actually just got a call from Kasey earlier today and scheduled our factory tour next month with him. Pretty excited to see it in person. Boat looks great btw!
