Yeah I just went and looked at the date of the article, 2001.

Makes me feel a little better that it wasn't one. Not sure why the console and teak are in such terrible shape.

Yeah, back in the late 2000's - Freddy Krueger (get it?) had a ProStar Nightmare Edition with a LY6 - 6 Litre 400 Horsepower engine for SkiFLy.  Set the record at 247 feet.  Insanity.

Thanks guys, just sent over a payment to secure that one. I had been looking at it for a few days so didn’t want to post it here, but I think it’s a done deal now. History is a two owner boat, well kept, used little, a couple interior issues, that’s about it. Should be a great first Malibu for me. Already planning Perfect Pass GPS, new prop, an extended pylon, and boom. Can’t wait.
