Wonder what's up with the mini-trailer.  Wonder if there's a reserve.  Could be a cheap way to get into a stripper TXi.  Has the best-looking tower ever put on a boat.

Could  you just use a 5.7l Vortec base motor from someone like Michigan Motorz and switch over all the components?  If so, $17,000 for the boat plus $3,000 for the motor = a heck of a good deal.  Those seem to go in the $35k range.

shoot or just get a junkyard used shortblock out of a late 90s gmc/chevy truck/tahoe/suburban and swap the cam?

It just sits in there, not attached to anything. Almost ever skier I know always takes it out. More space to get ready and less weight!

I too would go with the 2002 Response CB!

If Nothing is wrong with it, and you can negotiate the price down a bit, it’s a great deal.

Gives you a more modern boat on the SV Diamond hull and a trunk for ski storage!

Looks very well taken care of.

Same hull and engine on both but I like having a trunk personally and am partial to the 2001+ dash.
