I water tested 2 2014 MC's before I bought my boat. The X30 and X10. The X30 had the Gen2 tabs and put out a great surf wake with the pro whatever factory ballast. Wake looked just like the videos on their web page. No listing, moving weight, touch of a button. Colors were tasteful, interior first class, build quality first class, great boat. I am assuming based off that commercial and wave video that the Star will perform just as well. I just don't see the false advertising that you are arguing for.

Yeah, It's not that the ad was "false".......(hope that's not what I was saying anyway).....it's that I'm not believing the ad is "true" until I hear something more concrete than the same ol' corporate mumbo jumbo........

AND, for the record....

I apologize deeply to the OP if I missed the fact that the entire thread was created in jest. Was it? I'm still not really sure. But excuse my confusion nonetheless as, well, the last time I checked NYRyan was posting cheesy 10 page interviews with CEO's (the absolute pinnacle of corporate mumbo jumbo bullwhack) as proof positive that Nautique was the most fantastic boat dealer ever created. Maybe that's a joke when it comes to Mastercraft and serious business when it comes to Nautique? I'm not sure. It all remains a mystery to me. But what's new?
