I bought a 2010 Toyota Tundra crewmax about a month ago and have 3 months free XM. I am still having a hard time finding music stations that I like enough to pay $15/month for. Think I have stations: 9, 22, 34, 36, 37, and flip to 44 every now and then to see if anything good is on.

Am I missing some really good stations/broadcast or something? I have a lot of the songs that I like already on my ipod (not all unfortunately), so I am having a hard time justifying spending that much a month.

Do most of you just get it for your boats so you don't have to stream music thru your phone?

What is the best price you have gotten a subscription for, monthly/yearly/lifetime? I guess if I had it in my truck and boat it might be worth it then I wouldn't have to always carry an ipod and make sure it is charged up beforehand.

The music is only okay on Sirius. I have my subscription for Howard...once he leaves I do as well.

My wife does enjoy the comedy channels and a couple of the music channels. They do have a good variety of music but nothing you can't come up with using Pandora, Spotify, etc.
