I think online communities would play a huge roll in my decision since that is where 80% of my service abilities are going to come from. I know at master craft its just everyone's butler giving out numbers for the dealers so no real help there. :biggrin:

I know that the folks on this forum definitely gave me the courage to do a lot of my own work for the first time.

That's not true. Sometimes it's the nanny's that will give out the numbers. :biggrin:
