I needed the infamous netting that goes along the sides. I know I have seen discussions on here where no one can find this stuff. Turns out Chee has it.

Picked up a pile of stuff today. All of the cushions are done. Waiting on the netting from Chee to finish the side pieces, then all that is left is the doghouse, the trunk lid, the bow bolsters, the captains chair, and the misc parts

I love this thread. Boz, I will go through withdraw once your done. Keep'm coming please quickly.

That's pretty funny. I should be able to keep up the slow steady pace for awhile. It's a lot slower putting it back than it was taking it all out. One thing I will miss is looking at all the cool cars at the shop. Everytime I drop in, its something better. There is something special about Cragars and BF Goodrich Radial TAs

Figured out that you need to put the floor in over the gas tank before you install the wrap around couch. So today I removed Couch, ran the blower hose, put the floor in over the gas tank and then put the couch back in.

have any problems w those clips for the anchor light barking boards or just being in the way?

i needed to move the clips because the rear seat base has never been in my dd.

the 1/4"x20 studs that secure the side interior panels up under the gunnels turned into a perfect place to mount that anchor light.

out of the way, not visible and easy to access.

I picked up a side piece today and the trunk lid. I should be able to install the side piece and a couple other pieces this weekend.

I'm working on installing pieces. There are three pieces along the port side. Here is the side panel, vey tight fit between the side panel and couch and side panel and front bolster. It may turn out ok if I crank down on it, before I try that I may try to install them in a different order.

man that is beautiful. Give us an idea of total budget when you are finished adding up the receipts. I am really wanting to do this to mine in a year or two.

That truck is so freaking awesome.....makes me want to bust out some fiberglass and add another two feet to the Sunsetter.

The thought had crossed my mind, as well. Then I think logistics and search for a SSLXi or RLXi online.

Once of the beast features of the SSLXI!

Still one of those boats I wished they'd still make.

Great rebuild!
