Where is the kill switch on a 2008 Malibu VLX 21?  This happened to us this weekend.  Same issues others experience.  Was running great for about 20 minutes and then engine just died.  Gages still working.  It tried to turn over but would not start.  First time out this season and have never had this issue belore.

I could be wrong, but if I recall correctly I don’t think it will even try to turn over with the kill switch tripped.

On the older boats, when the kill switch pulled, the engine will crank, but not fire.  The kill switch cuts power to the fuel pump.  On the other hand, if the throttle is not in neutral, the engine won't crank at all.
