Ordering a LSV without the Stereo

I just received a 2012 23 LSV with no stereo, no wiring and no batteries. I am going to go with WS Rev 10 on the tower, 8 WS 650 in the boat, WS amps, sub, and a ws 420 with no head unit. I am installing 2 stinger batteries under the seat to preserve storage area. I will give this a shot. I may want to add the Alpine head unit simply for the transom remote. I will let you know how it sounds. Should be ready by Tuesday.

Since you ordered your boat without a stereo, I have a couple of specific questions:

1. Do you have a pictures of the tray that is installed where the dash remote goes? I can see from the picture that spOtts posted that is has a chrome trim ring like the one around the remote itself. I presume that the opening in the dash is the same size regardless of whether they install a remote there or the tray but would like to know for sure. Can you measure the actual opening in the dash (sans trim ring)?

2. There is a small interface module used to interface the Malivue system with the Rockford head unit. It is normally mounted on the amp board just above the black box. Did your boat come with this module even though you didn't order a head unit? For that matter, was there even an amp board there at all?
