Sorry I missed this one, but yes you have to use your existing tower arm or one of the windshield brackets PTM sells. I understand tower mounts are in the works at PTM, but don't know the timing. As far as the holes left from the factory windshield mount, you can plug them with short black screws if you remove the existing brackets. The black mirror shown in this thread is the plastic version; it's $200 less and has the same lens as the aluminum version.

A little birdie told me Cipa is coming out with a competitor in a few months. I think it's going to be cheaper. The wait might be worth it...?

two questions...

1) who is Paul? :)

2) If you put a tower mirror on the boat, I assume you just have to deal with the two holes in the center window section (or leave the mirror brackets in place) --- correct?

Paul is the "MAN" at Bakes Marine in Washington
