Towing Question about hitch extenders

The Reese is 2.5”. The Torklift is two 2” bars so it uses two inch hitches/drops. I think the SuperHitch is around $500 or so. Watch Craigslist, I found mine for $200. The SuperTruss came with camper when I bought it used. Personally, I would not tow a 23’ boat, using an extended drawbar rated anything less than Class V. Some people do but I want as heavy duty as possible. My truck is a SRW, and I have issues to deal with due to the camper weight. If you’re lifted I’m guessing you don’t have a dually so total weight might be a concern for you also.

Here is a link to the super hitch here This is what I would be most comfertable with.

Bingo! I have a 1 ton Dodge and a 10' Arctic Fox camper with a slide out. I use the setup linked above to tow a 23' LSV. No problems. Solid as a rock.
