Our maliview doesn't go black, it freezes and instruments go blank with just dashes. If I shut off the boat and kill the battery switch for a minute it works again for a minute to 10 minutes. Talked to Malibu today not dealer and their looking into it for us. Hopefully there's a happy outcome

Update: our '09 Maliview screen would go black and randomly come back on or would require the boat to be turned off then on to get it to return back on. Installed the latest vA17 software on it and it seems to be working again with no issues. Crossing my fingers this update helps the problem!
