It's Gulf of Finland 5 miles west from the downtown of Helsinki. Gulf of Finland is not all that green, the picture was taken in the end of a long and shallow bay.

Has your friend received the cease and desist letter from the FAA? (only involves commercial use of drones ) Word is they are putting those out until they "define" or finalize regulation of that airspace.

Hahaha and thanks. The water in that bay isn't really that clear... so much boat and people traffic stirs it up quite a bit.
