Crap, seems to be missing something...

Levi, why doesn't your dock come further in so you don't have to get in the water to get to it? Is it some kind of bylaw or HOA rule that makes it be that far out from shore?

The idea is that if you have to walk into the water a bit less passers by will venture out on my docks. The beach is a long ways from my house so its a security measure that probably doesnt work, but it helps me sleep at night.

I think it's a good idea Levi. But you need to work on that transition from section 1 to section 2 a bit. There's a mouth full of wood waiting for someone coming off the boat with their hands full!

That gangway washed up on my beach this spring. I just set it up there to see how it would work. I've since ordered the correct brackets to hook it up correctly.

I agree, leaving it like that is sub optimal and dangerous.
