It looks like your cables (from this picture) are not adjusted properly...the inside cable looks to be too loose, and in fact should be just the opposite....PM me to have me explain for your safety

Thank you so much!! We absolutely love it. Skiing is beyond good and hanging out on the lake all day is great too!
