We have a surf exhaust for every Malibu and Axis boat, both single and dual exhaust outlet. Our Fresh Air Exhaust systems are the original surf exhaust, working to make boating safer and more enjoyable since 2004. With the FAE installed, you will experience reduced exhaust fumes (include carbon monoxide) by at least 90% and reduced engine noise, up to 50%. We are the cleanest and quietest exhaust system for every inboard boat! If your boat does not already have a Fresh Air Exhaust, now’s a great time to experience the difference FAE makes!

Spring is also a great time to check your fiberglass muffler for any cracks or leaks. We offer stainless muffler replacements that will not degrade over time like fiberglass. You can learn more about our muffler replacement at: https://www.freshairexhaust.com/home/mufflers/.

Discounts available on all direct, retail sales only. If both an FAE and muffler replacement are being ordered, both discounts can be used together.

When checking out online, please note that no charge is automatically made to your card entered at checkout. Our team will follow up with each boat owner to verify details of the order and request measurements, if necessary, to complete the FAE build. MEASUREMENTS ARE NOT NEEDED TO PLACE YOUR ORDER AND LOCK IN DISCOUNT. Our current turnaround time is an estimated one to two weeks (estimated based on current production leads/subject to change).

Any questions can be directed to our team [email protected] or by calling 512-647- 7321. Thank you for the continued support of our family owned and operated company and mission to ensure that everyone is breathing Fresh Air while they’re on the water!

Yes, pin hole leak. The mechanic is  leery of making a repair due to the 60 psi fuel pressure. Also, Indmar no longer makes these parts so we are hoping to find one used. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Boilers regularly hold over 100 psi and are silver soldered.

    • if your boat is at Stockton need to get it by Wednesday, doors getting locked, I assume rancho will be the same since there both ex larsons.

    • First, verify that all of the battery to engine power/ground connections are clean and tight.  Those are the connections at the positive and negative battery posts, battery switch, port aft power distribution post, and the port engine block ground stud.  Second, verify the cable connections at the port observer ground buss bar, under-dash ground buss bar, and the starboard side lower breaker panel.  Third, check the wiring harness connections for loose or damaged ground and ignition pins.  These would be the BREAK B1 connector near the subwoofer on pin B black wire and pin C purple wire.  The round engine harness connector pin C black wire and pin D purple wire.  Dash panel connector pin J purple/ white wire.

If all of those connections are good, and the engine ignition relay/fuses have been tested or swapped as you mentioned, then the modules/components in the ignition circuit should be inspected and disconnected one at a time to see if there is a shorted module or damaged wire.  Those would include the depth transducer, paddlewheel, kill switch, key switch, shift/throttle, auto fire extinguisher, GPS speed sensor, port aft I/O module, and both of the under-dash power modules.

    • I am traveling back home from a client that is construction equipment manufacturer.  They are shutting down 3/4 of their production lines due to excess supply sitting in a ready to ship state.  Timeline of this shut down, TBD.  "Its an election year" is what they claim.
