I had this problem last year on my monsoon.  I just rolled the area circled in red around a 6" bench grinder.  Doesn't take much work.  Kinda messes up the injector but you can't see that.  Used a caliper to check the diameter.  Doesn't affect sealing.

The metal lathe should work great.

And you also used FJ164 injectors, or another part number?

    • He would need to make sure that his bunks are tall enough for the tracking fins to clear the crossbar.  The only other thing is to make sure that the rear crossbar isn't so far back that it bumps the running gear.  It would need to be pretty far back to do that if it is low enough for the fins.

The easy button is either replace the bunks with thicker ones or stack more boards on top.  My trailer has 4x6 bunks to help with clearance.

      Let’s tap the brakes a bit…

You’re throwing out some serious allegations without a shred of evidence. Either share your evidence of “pump and dump fraud” or post a picture of your tinfoil hat.

To those of us who DO buy more than one boat every century and DO have knowledge of the inner workings of how boats are ordered and how the Malibu -to- Dealer business model is set up… your version of events just doesn’t line up.

Also, isn’t it interesting that only ONE dealer is in this kind of trouble….???

Having a quota and pressure to hit market share is normal. THE DEALER HAS TO PUSH THE BUTTON TO MAKE A BOAT SHOW UP.

      Amen!

Seems like so many people do not understand that you can look at every bit of the insider trading activity that happens.

Not exactly seeing any "pump and dump" myself....

    • I put a pair of Radar Vapor boots on my late 1980s Connelly Shortline II ski about six or seven years ago.  I got the boots basically new on SIA from a guy who had bought them as previous year's stock and then found that they didn't fit him.  I think I paid $250 for the pair.  I put a lot of thought into boot position when I mounted them, so it wound up bringing new life to the ski.  The ski is still a lot better than I will ever be.

As for the Speedos, why not wear them for the support and slide on a pair of spandex shorts over them for the admiral?  If you sometimes forget to add the spandex and get the glare from her, you know that she is still paying attention.
