    • Thank you, gentlemen!

    • I have a 2000 1622 VLX the same question I don’t know the battery. Can anyone help?

    • I have a '17 21 vlx and there is not a panel covering the wires under the helm.  Good thing too because I have to constantly unplug and replug the cat 6 cable to the maliview when it flickers and goes out!

    • Hi Everyone. My 2010 Wakesetter 23 LSV with the Corvette LS3 engine does not have full power when I hit the throttle. It's weak when I hammer it from a dead stop and weak when I hammer it while cruising. It will get up to (almost) top speed, but the engine doesn't sound great when the the throttle is wide open. I am not positive, but it sounds like the transmission is "clicking" or has a couple knocks when I put it in gear. Then goes away. There's trans fluid in it, but it's a little milky. I just put it in the water out of storage. I put Stabil in it when winterizing, but I forgot to fill the tank before putting it away. I filled it up with ethanol free fuel and put a can of sea foam in, but it still has the same problem. Any ideas? Thanks!

It is normal for the blower to turn on automatically when the power button is turned on.  There could be a problem with the surf gate actuator Reed switch, the six-pack relay box, or the wiring going to them that is causing the surf gate to extend.

Thanks or this info!!  Yes im aware that the blower is part of the start up.

There are 4 breakers in the transom. 2 are for actuators. the left side which is the issue, appears "broken" and the reset trigger is missing. I believe this was the way I bought and everything worked fine so i didnt worry about it. However with this new issue I just ordered a new one. if there was an electronic issue without this breaker working properly, is there a fuse that could have blown? Ive looked for inline fuse but no luck.

as a test I swapped the damaged breaker with the good breaker from the other gate. I powered up and the gate didnt extend but still said "left gate retracting".

I live in rural area and scheduled an appt a ways out with a good marine service company. However they are not a malibu dealer so dont have the diagnostic software. do you think I would need an authorized dealer with this software to diagnose this issue if replacing the breaker/ fuse? doesnt work?
