This is what I love about this forum, being able to learn about stuff like 45 min expanding fuel lines, temperamental ICMs, and fuel hammer.  @csleaver how often should fuel lines be replaced?

However my guess is you have too much rear weight. I’d experiment with all the lead in the bow and those 790’s only 1/2 to 3/4’s full. Most of the new style hulls only need 550’s in the back. 

It's still all just verifying the basic things that the engine needs to start and run.  Proper cylinder compression, correct fuel pressure and mixture, ignition spark at the right time.  Most running issues are caused by a problem with at least one of those things.
