As for the jeep, depends on the ramp.  It'll have enough power to pull on levelish ground but might get dragged down the ramp due to lack of weight.  And if the jeep has wider than stock tires, it'll be  worse on a wet ramp since the weight gets spread further.

So if i know im not going to use it for a few days - take it out of the water, let it dry, clean it a bit, and launch next time i take it out

Double edged sword.  it's hard to afford anything without a job.  If the companies that folks in middle America work for can't sell the stuff they make because buyers are sitting on the sidelines waiting for those items to get cheaper, then employees loose their income.  Whether milk costs $5 or $2, can't buy it with $0.
