    • If Malibu and Tommy’s have officially parted ways, why is Tommy’s still using Malibu and Axis logs on their social media?  The Malibu website still lists them as a delayer in Colorado.

I agree with this. I think you can push them and ask them, but at the end of the day, if you don't place the orders or sign off on the boats, they can't be delivered.

Didn’t I read that their annual dealers’ agreement was not renewed?  If not, seems like there was some leverage for strongly encouraging a particular unit commitment?

earnings call Thursday am.  Will be interesting.

    • I'm so frustrated with the wireless charger design. In this day and age this should just work.   I agree 110% the design is flawed on Axis.  Any larger phone will sit atleast 0.25" off the middle charging pad due to the side padding in the cradles. I use nav charting software on my Iphone and have had to run a cord around the steering wheel as a hack.  I got it to work a few times by fluke after serious fidgeting and pushing on the phone. We have Iphone 13 and Iphone 15s in the family and results are similar across all of them with or without a case on.

Everytime i've complained to dealer, they say their tech was able to charge their phone. Finally i asked what type of phone the tech had and they said it was a very old samsung - guessing a super narrow one that aligns to that sweet spot.

Surely Axis must be doing something about this?

    • If the boat has the original or original replacement touch screen it will fail. I have been through 3 screens on my 2011 and finally converted to wakeswitches. last I checked screens ran about $2,500-$3,000. The wakeswitch Garman screen is 1/2 that and should last forever.

Now that I have everything sorted out I love my 2011. Purchased it with 195 hours and now have 760 hours and have no plans to replace it. I agree with PNWoke that the market is trending down. I see sellers holding at $60,000 when it should closer to a $50,000 boat (and probebly will be in the fall). On the other hand fall is a whole summer boating season away.
