    • You should really have a 2x4 or a 1x4 which is carpeted "stop bar".  That's what I have on my lift.  It's positioned so my tracking fin touches it, pull on lift slowly until tracking fin touches.  Easy peasy.  It's weak enough that if you really messed up the board will break before ever damaging the boat.

I'd forgotten about the ski-it site; Play-it-again-sports is something we've used before, too.

However, I'm curious about your pricing, unless their page isn't real, because full boots were upwards of 3 large, and the ski itself as well.  Size 14s doesn't enhance easy cost/find of anything not custom...

My son has a more recent HO with an adjustable large boot set; I tore the outer shell getting into the front one (since repaired, but making me reluctant to do it again for fear of ripping the other boot, too).

But I'll wander around the SIA and the three PIASport stores in GA when I get up there, to see if there's anything worth trying.  We have to get a bimini, too, so there will be various stuff before we start shredding.

      Thanks for the bounce.

Yeah, you need two.  You dont have to pay retail.  Look for 2023 or ski it again.  Tons of non-radar options as well.

Maybe because this thread is called Tommy v Malibu not much shade is being tossed towards Malibu. However, make no mistake, Malibu is culpable. As of May 3rd, there is a shareholder class action suit filed against Malibu. Next is likely an SEC investigation. This entire situation is a classic pump and dump fraud.

As others have pointed out above the class action "lawsuit" looks like an ambulance chasing outfit - look them up on Twitter, that law firm does this a lot - but I am also a staunch believer that where there is smoke, there is fire.  Tommy's accuses Malibu of channel stuffing.  There is "evidence" that Springer told his team he was not willing to slow production despite dealer concerns over volume and ability to floor the throughput.  Not long after, Malibu's CFO resigns and Springer does too.  That smells awfully acrid to my nose.  I don't know how this shakes out in the end (other than it's pretty clear now that Tommy's is in a world of hurt or is just flat-out already extinct) but I also don't think Malibu comes out of this unscathed.

Yes, pin hole leak. The mechanic is  leery of making a repair due to the 60 psi fuel pressure. Also, Indmar no longer makes these parts so we are hoping to find one used. Any suggestions are appreciated.

My fuel rails are just extruded aluminum, IIRC.  Each rail should have fuel fittings at each end and four holes for injectors along the length.

Is the pin hole just at some random place in the rail, or next to a fitting?  If it is somewhere away from the important parts, drill it, thread it, and put a small machine screw in it with some goop to seal it.

The real question is why one would get a pinhole leak in the first place.  Please post a photo of the rail and show where the leak is.
