So recently my vdrive light has been coming on. It says to not run the drive if the light is illuminated past 1200RMP. ive noticed that it is not on between 2000-2500 RMP but will come back on at 2500+RMP at times. it doeant always stay on, it more of judt flickers. I checked my trans fluid and my vdrive oil and both look great. My question is, do those sensors for the vdrive go bad and could it just be a sencore that is messing up. Boat seems to run fine. Its a 2001 sunsetter vlx.

Hello, I’m new to the site. Recently acquired a 2007 237lsv with 383 hammerhead. Awesome craft! Runs great, but sometimes when I shut off and float for a couple minutes...it fires right back up. But then reads engine fault and will not engage....All help VERY much appreciated! could not figure bout how to post a picture of the error code. But reads: Fault 1 of 1 etcpps2Range SPN 64604 CM 0 Bad intelligent device or Comp FMI 12 06 127
