  1. My right rear ballast will fill but it will not empty out. Any ideas on the problem and where the ballast empty pump is located?
  2. I am wanting to cut an access hole in the floor of the starboard storage bay so I can more easily access the drain pump for that rear ballast tank. Does anyone have a diagram or drawing that shows this location or relative dimensions where I might cut a larger opening? This is for a 2005 23 LSV.
