  1. Hey y'all . I have a new 2020 23MXZ and it has about 80 hours on it, been in for service twice for break in/ small repairs but I am now having a problem with some electronics. My seat heater as well as tube heaters are no longer working and the screen doesn't even let me select them (although it does show the option to click its just faded). Im also having the same problem with my underwater and docking lights as well as the reverse camera all with the same issue. Could this just be a fuse issue if so where do I locate the fuses to check them so I don't have to trailer it to service again. Any input will help! Thanks!
  2. I have a 2001 VLX, and the heater core (inside the drivers helm) is junk & leaking. the easy part was disconnected the heater core (at the motor) and installed a short cut-over hose to finish off the N.E. boating season. In order to access and replace the heater core, I need to remove the drivers footrest under the helm. Its not obvious how this comes out. I've found a few lower screws, but it also appears to be attached at both the sides (from behind). If anyone has the key to unlock this secret, I would appreciate any/all input...
  3. I have searched high and low for an alternate to the Heatercraft replacement core for the 300H heater, the long rectangular 3 hose one. There is a lot written about the 200 series, with the cheap replacement for that available at Napa and other places. That one is more square, where the 300 series core is 16" X 6" X 2". I got the boat cheap, been fixing a lot of things on it, now is the time for the heater to work so the wife and kids will still want to come in the boat! I took it to a local radiator shop, they repaired a half dozen areas but kept finding leaks, so the core is shot. Guessing previous owner didn't winterize it right. Same with the shower, need a new pump for that, easy to find those. So anyways, if someone knows of a replacement core for the 300H that would be great. I will pay the high price from Heatercraft if needed, but only if there are no other alternatives. I checked MC Teamtalk and a bunch of other websites, no one seems to have figured this one out. Or I somehow missed it! I'll post over there as well. Thanks, Kevin '99 Response LX
