Everude 175 hk 2013 wont crank or have spake in the plugs.

Switched a 2009 150 hk everude etec with a 2013 175 hk everude etec on my galia 650 ht. The new engine was running properly just days before i bougth it. When i switch the ignition you can see ecm turning on, and the tilt works, but the starter wont crank and there is no spark in the plugs. When i make a circut shortcut to the starter, the starter cranks. I have checked all of the fuses and cant find the problem. The dealership said it wont be a problem to use the same ignition switch (throttle controller). Does anybody have a clue about what the problem can be? thanks
