  1. Hello, I have been having issues with my 2022 Axis T23 with the M5di motor. We are having the issue of the engine management light coming on for 2 seconds and then disappearing whilst the boat is under load (fully ballasted and travelling at 10.8mph). When this happens the boat slows down to a speed less than 9mph and doesnt allow us to accelerate more. As soon as you stop the boat and put it back to neutral and go again its normal. This is happening around 4-5 times per hour of surfing. The code that is showing in the fault codes is: - Injector High Side Short to Ground - 7 (SPN 657) and (FMI 4) - Injector High Side Short To Ground - 2 (SPN 652) and (FMI 4) We have replaced both injectors which has not helped at all. We have also tried rotating injectors from other sides and checked all engine grounds and it keeps happening. We are based far away and the dealer has also tried to fix it 3 times now and cant seem to find the problem. Has anybody else had this issue or have any idea how we can resolve this?
  2. Hi all, I have an 2021 axis with 200 hours, and recently started to see fault code with Spn 651. I would normally just reset battery and this would go away, but now it’s there every time I turn on the engine. The indmar manual is showing Injector 1 - short to power I had a mechanic change out the fuel injector, but the active fault code is still there. Anyone else had issues similar to this? Others have mentioned the issue is probably with electrical wiring to the injector shorting out but I’m not exactly sure where to start. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
  3. Our 1999 Malibu Sunsetter started missing, especially under load. New distributor cap and clean plugs made no difference. Was advised to change fuel filters since they hadn't been changed in years. Still same performance issues and seems to be getting worse (hard to pull a skier up). Advised by dealer to carefully replace fuel injector filters. Replaced them. Took to lake and motor turned over (hit a few seconds) then would not even hit and starter couldn't even turn engine. Took out spark plugs - gas ran out of 2 cylinders. Cranked and blew at least 4 ounces of gas out. Reinstalled plugs and engine hit a couple times and locked up again. (Too much fuel in cylinders to compress gas.) What could be wrong?
